Even if some muslims act like this...it is due to WRONG UNDERSTANDING given to them by the people who themselves do not understand actually.When it is said kill the kafir or non muslim it means kill the impurity which is inside one own self.

Similar as said in Sikh...Raj karega khalsa aaki rahe na koi.

means purity will rule there must be no impure.
