EVERYONE needs to read "The Jefferson Papers". This is how Congress is Ordered to bring about a vote on any issue. The truth be told when they wrote the 14th amendment they were referring to all employees of the state federal government as US citizens. The people are American nationals we the People are sovereigns. US citizens are subject to the jurisdiction there of because of the insurrection the south did to the north authority. The Supreme Court backs up the Legislative Branch because it's not really a supreme Court. Notice the different spellings. The Founders left a lower case s on supreme because their thoughts were that God was the ultimate judge in any matter. With having a capital S, the Supreme Court has now taken on a title of nobility. It's more of a military tribunal than a court of common law. The entire lot are corrupt and serving banker's interest only since the Civil War. Not mainstream history.
