Single-Handed Sailing in the Med III

i have a question, what do you do at night? Does the boat stay on autopilot or do you stop? Ive wondered.

I usually sail by autopilot and with two alarms, one on radar and another on AIS. Secondly i'd say you it's impossible to stop in the Med, too much dangerous due to merchant traffic.
