What do you think about your 3g's battery life? I heard it wasnt that good but can it at least get through one workday with no problems? Battery life may be the 1 thing that will stop me from getting the 3g.

I have the black 16gb iphone 3g and the battery life is ok. It will definitely last you a whole workday because you won't be using it constantly or probably watching video or playing games most of the time. If you are going to be using it mostly for calls and productivity apps it will be fine. If you have any other questions feel free to drop me a message.

Definitely can make it through a workday. The best thing to do is even turn of 3G unless you need it. I do this to save battery life. I'm also thinking about getting an external battery for my iPhone. I've wrote an article about that on the website. Thanks for the comment!

I got the 3g and its pretty damn good, the wideness is makes it more comfortable for txting and the battery life will be decent if you really take care of it..i never turn off 3g but i still make it through the day. And service is much better than i expected, there are some places where its bad but thats rare. 3g with 2 bars is still pretty quick.

I've never received messages via a text message. I know MMS doesn't work so my guess is that we can't even receive images through text. We can through email and they can be easily saved that way, but since there is no MMS text images won't work. I'd email Apple about that and hopefully they feel the pressure to add MMS. I know a lot of people have been pining for it. Let me know if you've got anymore questions man. Thanks for the comment!
