ITALIAN DEBT IS SECOND AFTER GERMANY IN EU BUT ITALY HAS THE LOWEST PRIVATE DEBT AND THE HIGHEST SAVINGS
SO WITH THE NEW MEASURING SYSTEM THE UK HAS THE HIGHEST DEBT IN EUROPE AND ITALY THE MOST VIRTUOUS

Professor Colatrella is right, most important is Day Care provisions for women and allowance for re-training of workers for flexibility..these should be fundamental for any nation with a modern progressive economic model..
Of course America is extremely regressive and seeks to displace as many workers as possible so who am I to talk about Italy..?
