Gruden is great, but he should not be a GM or have the ability to choose guys. Thats what happened in Tampa. He won the superbowl with dungy's group of guys and mackay's players and when they let him make personel decisions he signed all these over the hill guys past their prime for too much money.

Bring him 2 Philly. The Bucs couldnt do it w/Dungy and we cant do it w/Andy. Bring in Chucky. Trade Mcnabb for a 1st round pick and geta Eugene Monroe,Brian Cushing, and Aaron Maybin. Have a lights out defense and an offense that can scores around 17-26 points and be enough to get the win. W/Kolb we can get 10+ wins and a divison crown. Then get a WR by the name of Aaron kelly. If you dont know who he is then look him up.
