The last difference in the fishing photo is that the cloud on the right photo reaches up to the oars while in the left photo, it's much further below.

On the first "difference" photo, click the fire hydrant: the third notch is missing in the right photo and to the right of the headlight of the vehicle, there is a small indent which is missing on the right photo. On the fishing photo, click where the second oar holder would be in the right photo - just to the right of the fisherman. Also, in the left photo, select just left of the cloud in the upper right corner. The blue shading is going a difference direction.

i suck at difference detective too and after playing like 5-10 times and i almost lost when i had 11 differences found and i just needed one but i was able to find number 12 with about 5 seconds left on the clock and i won with the same picture you did for difference detective

For this game you should save once you put your money in the slot, that way if you lose, you can just load the beginning of the dart game back up and the only ammount you'll have end up spending is one token.

For Difference Detective I saved the game right before the picture appeared on the arcade thingy, and then when it appeared, I found all the differences I could and then took a screencap before time ran out. Then I closed the game, pasted the screencap in paint, and looked for the differences I didn't catch before.
