Can anyone help me? I just did that test, and my download speed is 2.45mbps and upload 0.95mbps, but for some reason when i download it only download at about 100 - 200KB/sec. Is that normal? And also when i download torrent its slow as hell! like 2 - 3KB/sec. I use vuze for my torrent and im always getting a "yellow face" meaning i have a NAT problem? or i have to port-forward? wtf is that? Can anyone please help me :/

Why download some other software to reset the winsock catalog when the netsh winsock reset command works fine? At 2:39 you say winsock gets gummed up, sometimes firewall products also install their own winsock drivers so a reset would also remove these.
