just posting on here for some advice. every now and then my wireless mouse will do weird glitchy shit that bugs the hell out of me. it'll act as if someone is clicking and moving the cursor around randomly when i'm not touching it (not like a wigi board). it happened before with another mouse i had, which was my reason for getting this one. so that ruled out the mouse as the problem. has anyone encountered similar problems that could help me out?

If they both are optical mice then the problem may be from the work surface; such as, bumps or dusts on your desk surface. Optical mouse works like a video camera that tracks the movement of the mouse by comparing a small patch of imagesright under the mouse. The random motion of the cursor may due to irregular reflection of the LED light of the mouse caused by the bumps and dusts. Clean up your mouse pad/desk surface and that should improve the condition.

thank you very much for the advice, but i don't think its that. i have this program that i use to make music and recently its been doing funny stuff too. when i click on a button then move the mouse around it'll jump to the top left of the screen a bit. also when i scroll across or down it'll jump to the top left. the mouse will do exactly those things every time i use this program and still do what i said before. i've never had any problems with the program until now,

My peers in school were sick of using the trackball mice so everyday someone took one of the balls out of the mice everyday. Eventualy the school couldent figure out who was doing it and finally broke down and bought the intire school optical mice. (I dont indorce this method but it worked!)
