A love story worth a movie, maybe more. I've read that through all their ups and downs, and despite it all, the very only night they slept apart was when Paul was arrested in Japan for carrying dope. A close friend of mine lived with them for a week as their cook, and she says they were amazing people in intimacy, each one of them, and as a family... Thank you!

Some people are just assholes. They are jealous that Linda and Paul were so perfect together and can't seem to accept that Paul didn't love Jane the same way he did (and still does) Linda. Plus, I've heard through the grapevine that there's some kind of troll who goes onto these vids and marks the good comments bad.

I read that about her old nickname (coined by groupies) from Wikipedia. I just checked it again and the reference has since been removed. There goes my source! The old copy is still all over the internet, though, if you look for it. Sorry to offend you. She just always annoyed me with that phony accent. Obviously, I didn't know her, so groupie story could be erroneous.

A love story worth a movie, maybe more. I've read that through all their ups and downs, and despite it all, the very only night they slept apart was when Paul was arrested in Japan for carrying dope. A close friend of mine lived with them for a week as their cook, and she says they were amazing people in intimacy, each one of them, and as a family... Thank you!

You know I don't blame him for carrying dope, and smoking in every picture. Back then they didn't know how bad it was for you and the bad facts about it. But yes very touching :)

sjb413...I am against dope because I see what it does to people but I think the stuff they smoked in the 60's and 70's was purer and not as damaging. Today they put so many poisonous chemicals in it which affect the brain. I don't condone any drugs because people can get a natural high but you are right in what you said. Even cigarettes and what it does was not as well known as it is today.
Anyway, love Linda!! and a great clip. All of her tributes are great and make me sad that she is not here

They are just in it money wise-very evil very evil indeed-Yes it was not well known and what it did to you as today. Sad actually and I think that the people doing it don't even want to do it but they are addicted to it. Sad you can't stop if you want to. Its not impossible to stop but takes a strong person. Yes I am against dope too and all other drugs bad and addicting to you.

When I have the time later, I'll explain to you Sandy how unfair you are being in this and other comments you've posted here about Linda. I have read all of the stories out there enough to form a fair opinion of my own. I do understand where you're coming from, I just don't agree with it after doing much research.
Linda Eastman and Jane Asher were both beauties in their own right. Jane looks better now at 60 than she did in her youth, and the Lovely Linda is sadly no more. RIP.
