@1THETRUTH10 Because sugar is locked with fiber and water it release perfectly with fruit I have been eating lots of fruit for years and i swear it beats fried eggs hands down!!! fruit creates clean bodies I hate it when i eat cooked food and have to if i run out of fruit but i can tell !! lentils are not mangoes!!! IE Seeds/Grains are not as good as fruit Search my videos on fruit etc
