  • I lost my mom to pancreatic Cancer a couple months back in October 31st at 10:34 PM. I was by her side and got to say good bye, none of my family were in the room, my mom and me always had a special bond, In the end I was thankful that I was there with her to guide her on, cause I know its what she would of wanted...

I still can't even finish listening to this song, I usually stop one minute in and try to change my mind.

  • I'm my momma's youngest one day this song was on the radio nd i started cryin and i still do at 16 almost 17

  • every time i hear this song i cry to cause i lost my mom 8 years ago tomorrow. and its still hard.

  • Im a single child and my mom is still with me. Im 16 going on 17 years old and Im not afraid to admit it, but this song makes me cry like a baby when I hear it. I dont know what I would do if I lost my mom. Thank you for recording this song Blake

  • I'm the only child.

My mom is still alive and fine.

Everytime I hear it, even when I was 7, I cry.

I don't wanna think about losing her, ever.

I do cry just like a baby.

    I'm 15 now. <3

  • Just saw him tonight in concert & this made me cry, my baby looked at me and asked what was wrong.

  • No matter how prepared I am to think that I can listen to this song and not cry. I always do. It's automatic..

  • I also am the youngest (baby) of 7 children. This song happend to me. The year this song came out, I lost my mom to cancer. I got the call and rushed home, just like this song. I missed her passng by 15 minutes. My brothers and sisters said she tried to wait for me.

I too never got to say good bye.

For 2 days, i cried like a baby.

Mom, Im so sorry, my prioritys were screwed up back then. I know ur in Heaven with our Daddy. I will c u someday, im sure. Guide me plz.

  • this song has so much feeling

  • That song was playing when I 'felt' my mom had died!!!

I found out in a while that it was true!!!

  • i am sorry that your mom died

  • Thank you, sweetie, for caring enough to reply!!! (That was the way mom felt about her baby boy, but he passed several tears before her & didn't hear it, and I don't know if my mom was still 'there' enough, if she heard it, to understand--but maybe!!! It had came out not to long before she passed!!!)

This is a totally wonderful, great, awesome & beautiful song, huh?

I absolutely love it!!! I'm not sure what my two sons think of it--I think it makes them 'think' when they hear it!!!

  • I meant that to be 'several years'!!!

    Sorry!!!

  • He is awesome!
