  • Damn good song.

  • I remember being a kid and finding this 45 in my parents' collection. They couldn't remember where it came from or even what the song sounded like. I played it and was pleasantly surprised.

  • I saw these guys at a Boston club in '78. They were terrific, particularly the rythym guitarist .

  • This was our local band that went semi big. The Newlands are from Monson Ma.. Great talented family Peter, Phillip, Chris. Good very old friends.. my best thoughts to Mary..... Joe

  • Recognised the cover for this record straight away - it was one of many great records in the 50p bargain bin in many English record shops in the early 70s - I picked up some gems but never got round to buying this one - should have done, sounds good.

  • I've known and played with most of these guys over the years. My band The JEWELS opened for FAT a few times in the late 70s. I've always been a FAT fan and always dug this song in particular. John Dolan

  • Great band,,,I worked for them for 5 years..best time of my life... great to see them on here...they shudda gone to the BIG TIME...

  • Pretty good and mighty obscure! Where were these guys based out of?

  • @record1207 - They are based out of Westerm Mass. Most of the band is from West Springfield. They played in Springfield last week for their annual reunion concert. All but one of the original members were there. They sounded awesome. 43 years. Unbelievable.

  • And the guy in the middle looks like a Geico caveman...

  • @RobEye79 too funny, we always called him scarey pete. Good music though
