Maybe when brisk walking but not during nature walks.....is this really true? Because what you say in your video contradicts everything....

It's true - it's so important to make exercise fun. I think especially when people are really out of shape and/or overweight, we feel like we deserve to be punished by "WORKING" out, or we're a embarrassed/unsure of ourselves getting out and doing something fun for exercise in front of others. That's just a setup for failure, though. There's a ton of fun stuff to do for exercise! Example: I own an exercise bike. But it's a lot more alluring to play DDR hard for an hour than ride for an hour!
I agree - in fact, I was getting really frustrated with myself because I swore I'd heard your voice before, but then I realised you sound exactly like Cameron Diaz. It's a pretty American accent :D
