  • no it dont work...its actually kind of stupid...if u want a high vertical do plyos with a weight vest...u can gain a good 5inches in 1 week,..just email me for more info ill tell u exactly how i went from not touching the rim to dunkin...FOR FREE NO SCAM, but resistance is the key not jumpsoles or squatflex, my program works and it makes u want to keep working cause u see results asap

  • to be honest i stopped using it, mainly bcuz im in my hypertrophy. It does give you a springy feeling but it alone is not the answer. I like the machine, but $400 is a bit much. I only paid the first installment and let it go to collections and made payments that way :). U have to get stronger to do more bands, bcuz the resistance is ridiculous. Give me about 2months and ill post everything i did to dunk.
