  • thats what happens when chuck norris puts his foot to the floor

  • Sweet rice burner man

  • @tharrington11 how is this car a rice burner rice boy?

  • yea asswipe stock drive shafts arent built for handling extra mods/power

  • too much power for that driveshaft lol

  • hm. time for a 1-piece carbon fiber drive shaft i think. :D

  • lol epic...

  • That stock supra looked like it was about to launch to a 10 sec run! It's gotta be a 12 Sec car with the BPU modz right?

  • Nothing like getting ready to launch and bang. Broke my axle same look though

  • and then it blew up

  • Haha White wagon owned ur ass! Jk Supra is one of the top Imports Supra and Skyline are matches in 1st place!

  • you, my freind, are an asshole

  • Sooo wheres the driveshaft? usually when you break a drivshaft or a u-joint, the driveshaft hangs. You broke something but I call bullshit on the driveshaft.

  • jerk

  • thats sucks mate looked like it was going to be a good run

  • Yo i think that white wagon beated you... -.-

  • @habbousa01 Yo, I think someone needs to go back to school.

  • sucks

  • by true twin conversion, does that mean you converted it to a paralell twin setup?

  • you are incredibly stupid

  • Mason Dixon?

  • Yes

  • Drive shaft hoops are nice, imagine if this happened doin 150 on the interstate. Thats my worse fear. well as long as the rear joint breaks, not the front. But now i know why Hoops make people feel better lol

  • most tracks require you to have a drive shaft hoop in them for that reason. and normally they want them x number of inches from the front u joint

  • Love these cars and love how you can slap on some bolt ons and make some damn serious power.

  • and what do you drive?

  • TO MUCH TIRES FOR THE MODS!

  • This coming from a guy who has an epic 2000 Ford Focus....LMFAO!!

  • yeah ur point? it has never let me down

  • @TurboMatt76 funny cause its true AHHAH

  • @TurboMatt76 but his friends car haz subzzz duuuude. lol, jk, anybody that says a supra is shit has to get checked out by a psychologist.

  • @driftbuddy Your car was imported from Mexico. =)

  • why are theere sooo many videos of supra's driveshafts breaking?

  • because most of them are aftermarket..mr TOYO ones dont brake that easy

  • Damn anti-stall/lag thing. I think it's rather retarded

  • what a cool supra, lame that the u joint got rusty

  • Comment removed

  • cos theres not much left

  • Um, the '93's started around $43,000.

I just got a 3000GT VR4 for 3,500 b/c the transfer case is bad, but new they went for $45,000

The JZA80 generation was so expensive b/c of the refinements in the Supra..... plus all car companies got stupid-greedy in the 90's. They seemed to of thought "Hey; if they can afford the rising insurance prices, they can afford a car that's 2 or 3 times the price it should be.."

  • @habbousa01

Try $52,000 when they came out.... Do some research before you make your self look like an idiot.

  • @Patjza80 Well sorryyyy... Geez dude. I made a mistake. Chill the hell out.

  • All cars can be on the strip. Do you drive something better and more expensive that this " piece of crap " ?

  • Lemme guess. You'd rather have imports up your ass right? I mean i dont see any other place for them to be?

  • how about..the road..the club...not being some ricer fag that thinks he's awesome because he has a supra and it was featured in the Fast and the Furious

  • your a fag, a supras motor stock can handle so much more power than a dumb american pos v8 sry his STOCK driveshaft broke so all the sudden that gives u the ok to bash on the supra.

  • exactly.

  • @dukviper90 You really don't know what you're talking about. The 2jz can get to 1000hp on the stock block but that doesn't mean it will be reliable. The owner of this supra is also a moron.

  • @Duffblue the 2jz block can easily handle 2000 hp... but not the stock internals. Wtih stock internals, the highest i've seen is about 700 hp. which is still rediculous for just an inline six. might want do some extra research before talking.

  • @dukviper90

Stock internal record is just a hair over 1,000hp. Look up Peter Blach.

  • @Duffblue How is he a moron? He broke his driveshaft, It happens when you run your car hard at the drag strip especially if it has IRS. I've seen Cobras and Vettes blow driveshafts like that often at the dragstrip.

  • @dukviper90 Just for your information a nation doesn't develop a motor. Neither does it develop a brand. The people who choose to live in this nation and start a company that develops an engine are the people who you should complain about there "inferiority". America isn't a name brand it's a nation that gives us the freedom to make cars, whether they be good or a piece of crap all depends on who, when, why, and how. Stop being a nationalist pig. Ferrari kills a supra any day STOCK. GET A LIFE.

  • @dukviper90 what about the american v'8s used in top fuel, that put out uhmmm how many 1000's of hp?

  • @TheRotaryman LOL, that's top fuel dragster you idiot. That isn't stock. It isn't that hard to blow a drive shaft u joint. Fords do it all the time with their HD trucks.

  • @dukviper90 no you dumb asshole, im talking about the power. can't you read? you said they can handle more power than a pos v8. im not talking about breaking a driveshaft.

  • @TheRotaryman LMAO. You think top fuel dragsters are from a stock engine? You kidding me? you know how much power top fuel dragsters are pushing? 2000+ hp. Those engines are modified from the ground up. Notice the big giant heads on top? Toyota's and Nissan's iron block engine of the early ninety were stock and can handle well close to 800 hp before needing internals. The block itself is rated to reliably handle well close to 1200 hp and that's all from an inline 6.

  • @dukviper90 ohh i got what you're saying, yeah for sure top fuel aren't stock, i thought you meant in general as a whole an american product engine couldn't do that, now i gotcha

  • Cobras can handle quite a bit of power on a stock rotating assembly. You know what the fastest stock bottom end car is? A single turbo cobra ;) Just saying before you go off the deep end.

Oh and Matt, sucks to see the driveshaft go on a car like this.

  • @dukviper90 I admit Supra's are insanely awesome but it looks like a hell of a lot of mods went into that thing why not change out the driveline? Guess the guy has a good reason to now? =D

  • @dukviper90 are you sure about that, because im pretty sure they use american v8s in top fuel dragsters.

  • @stangkillinS10 Sure, they might use the same design but it's not a block you would find in your typical v8. IT's redone from the ground up. a stock Chevy/Ford/Chrysler long block isn't going to handle 3000+ hp.

  • @dukviper90 much more power than a american v8? please shut up rice boy PLEASE!

  • @PD19954 that's right.

  • @dukviper90 seriosuly your a rice boy go die now

  • @PD19954 internet tough guy

  • @dukviper90 tough guy? kid im just speaking the truth. and OOOOh spelling. typical rice boy speak

  • @PD19954 Yeah I guess. I would rather "rice boy speak" than "white trash stupid american speak."

  • @dukviper90 im from srilanka kid.

  • @PD19954 That sucks.

  • @dukviper90 how?

  • @PD19954 Also, learn to type proper English.

  • yep tyres were just too sticky

  • how did he break the drive shaft?

  • ooouuch..

  • ouch dude... very ouch...

  • 11's should be cake with the right driving and setup. Good luck!

  • 11's in a stock supe.. haha... no.. not a stock supe. with BPU++ low 12's. and with slicks and amazing talent high 11's. but not stock supra 11s piece of cake.

  • I've gone as fast as 11.01 @ 125.9 with a mostly stock Supra....check my other vids. The mods are very mild which are HKS exhaust, Tanabe downpipe, Greddy FMIC, HKS air filter, RPS clutch, ET Street tires, S-AFC. These are all basic bolt-on parts.

  • wow. are you serious! looks like a stood to be corrected. lol. man i have to see that. congrats! those are damn good times in a pretty stock supra.

  • Something I did that most guys don't do is make sure the tune is perfect. Before I ran 11.01 I spent around 5 hours on the dyno getting every bit of power out of the combo. One of the biggest things is to run the proper fuel, which is NOT 93 octane. I typically ran Sunoco 100 or 104 octane.

  • well congrats on that car. Im glad you could have proven me wrong. I LOVE cars! im acctually importing a supra in a few weeks. only shit is im importing it from japan and i live in SA so i cant check the car out. Im importing a '95 6 speed TT RZ

  • SA? is that South Australia?

  • @TurboMatt76 if you arent running higher than 10:1 compression there is absolutely no power gain from 100+ octane, all you will do is clog an o2 sensor.

  • @TurboMatt76 assuming you are using tetraethyl lead as an octane booster.

  • Seen a few of your movies. I'm very impressed with your driving. Just got me a 94 Supra and I'm looking for 11's :).
