Lemme explain this also. The train symbolizes the guy's journey to heaven. And the PARADISE that they were referring to is HEAVEN. That's why they've mentioned it there. Observe this. "If you're only here in this paradise." Well, it simply means they wanted the girl to be with them, but they can't since she's still alive. The guy is hoping that someday they will meet in that paradise wherein they can stay and last forever.

Since the theory is they're watching over her while she's in the house, after she leaves the house the train becomes empty which symbolizes the guys not needing to watch over her anymore. They've finally come to terms with leaving.
