I think this guy's body may be masucline, but he does not have a characteristic masculine face like arnold had. Although I must say Arnold had quite some plastic surgery between T1 and T2 (smaller chin etc) to look a bit 'smarter' and less like a big dumb guy. I think they did a great job. If you look at old arnold pictures where he is bodybuilding he does have a big of a dumb facial expression, to me at least. So his plastic surgery did a good job making him as well masculine and not 'dumb'

To stop speculation (if you haven't heard by now)...Arnold's face was CGI on top of Roland's face. They used an old Terminator face cast made in alginate way back in the day from the early films, and animated it on top of Roland. Roland may be the next Terminator, but he will never replace Arnold to me. As he says: "There is only one Arnold. He helped me motivate myself." This is why I think he's not that arrogant.
