when u widen the pan of the bassline doesnt it get put into mono at below 400 hz in the clubs so it'l cause phase issues with it? or does strobe match the waveform start exact to each side of the pan so there is no phase issue?

There aint no key change in this song. Just because the bass note changes and the chord changes that does not mean there is a key change!
