  • I don't understand the chefs on cooking shows who do not provide exact amount. Just a pinch of this.. a little bit of that.. that helps no one! Chef please provide the exact quantity (1 cup/1Tbsp/1tsp etc). Thanks!

    I totally agree with you. This show would be dramatically more useful if he gave at least approximate amounts of ingredients. He doesn't tell you the amount of ANYTHING!

    in pulo u dont drain the rice and the spices are milder.

  • The real pulao is actually made of meat you cook meat in water on low heat with whole onion whole head of Garlic and lots of dry spices, later you drain the broth discard the onion and garlic and remove all the other stuff, cook the rice with that meat broth and meat together and thats a basic of real pullao

  • @lovely0th biryani is rice mixed with vegetables or meats, with masala added to it, to make a full dish.

  • THe videos are excellent but I think an interactive video will enhance what you do.and please specify the quantities exactly as to how many chilli's and how many TBSP or TSP's or salt and sugar.
