the only DCC system im familiar with is Hornby DCC and Bachmann DCC although I think Hornby's is Better.

@TheFreedomtrain4449 DCC is like a rc car, on tracks, you usually want a double loop for DCC, so you should go with DC for this layout

@MyBobbob12 You would need to have a DCC setup to run it properly.

a double red wire lead plugs into the track but you are showing a red and green set going to the controller...which of the red wires are the positive and negative and how are they seperated?

@Mister3825 This doesnt matter, For if you get it backwards (+ and -) you will just be running backwards. Just swap em if you did this(trial and error) ;)
