It lays out a step-by-step progression of how to make this recovery work for most people even in rough water. Yee-haw!
Very nicely done cowboy rescue in challenging conditions. I like the way the swimmer keeps the paddle to hand and uses it to brace as he reentered the cockpit.

Very well done. He really makes it look easy here. I always tip over trying this out, but at least my rolls and re-entry rolls are solid.
