I'm almost certain that these are irridescent clouds. If I remember my science classes correctly, they form when thin clouds have water droplets of similar size. Light from the sun (or the moon) is scattered in different directions as it hits these water droplets, creating a "rainbow" of color. The more uniform the size of these droplets, the brighter the color.

it's called iridescence, it would be impossible or a weird modification to NOT see this. ALL thin clouds do this when at a certain angle close to the sun. It is extremely common to see if you have sunglasses or a nice dark filter to dim down the bright light that is also common close to the sun.

But I'll say that perhaps the reason this phenomenon hasn't been widely reported in the history books, according to you anyway, is probably because it occurs high in the upper atmosphere, and it's hard to see without the help of modern technology, like sunglasses, binocul;ars, etc. It's just a suggestion not a proclamation. If you know what causes a "rainbow" and you know what clouds are made of. The cause of this is rather simple. Its a thin cloud The light refracts off the water molecules. It don't have to be in Mensa to figure it out.

It happens anytime a thin, icy cloud occurs at the right angle from the sun, then refraction makes the cloud look rainbowy. Like... a rainbow. You don't think rainbows are rare and manmade, do you?

But you don't get to claim they're rare just because you don't notice them.
@cannabisour I'm a physicist, and while atmospheric optics aren't my field, it's an interest of mine, and I've done coursework on it, and most importantly, I notice and pay attention to physical phenomenon. I know where, when, and what to look for when it comes to most atmo. optical effects, and so I see them much more often than people who just have to get lucky and look in the right spot.

It's called a Circumhorizontal arc even though not arc in shape it causes by the sun but water particles reflect the light and bounce it around the weird colours you get are probably from the time of the day.

What's even more weird is that at the top center of the cloud (at :28 seconds to :38 seconds) you can see the face of a typically bald man (with hair on the side of his head & an ear under the hair) looking up with 2 eyes & eyebrows, a nose, & his mouth turned down a bit & something covering his shoulder & it's as if he's kneeling, looking at whatever it is he's looking at. Pretty cool. Pause it at :34 for the best view of it. The eyes are a bit hidden as they are deep set under the eyebrows.

This is HAARP emitting energy into the ionosphere and bouncing it back off of satellites back to the earth creating plasma from the ionized gasses. Yep, those are 100% metallic aerosol artificial clouds. Colours produced by the sun shining through and reflecting off the metal nanoparticulate in the aerosol. it's called iridescence, it would be impossible or a weird modification to NOT see this. ALL thin clouds do this when at a certain angle close to the sun. It is extremely common to see if you have sunglasses or a nice dark filter to dim down the bright light that is also common close to the sun.

Ex. sun dogs, rainbows, etc. In this case, the effect is difficult to see w/out binoculars, sunglasses, etc. It IS common my history-major, conspiracy-guessist friend. But I'll say that perhaps the reason this phenomenon hasn't been widely reported in the history books, according to you anyway, is probably because it occurs high in the upper atmosphere, and it's hard to see without the help of modern technology, like sunglasses, binocul;ars, etc. It's just a suggestion not a proclamation. I witnessed this phenom. just the other day but couldn't view or see it w/out sunglasses.

@cannabisour Absolutely wrong. You must not ever actually look at the sky. In the wintertime, I notice iridescent clouds about once a week. It happens anytime a thin, icy cloud occurs at the right angle from the sun, then refraction makes the cloud look rainbowy. Like... a rainbow. You don't think rainbows are rare and manmade, do you?
If you think iridescent clouds are 'very rare', you're only showing how little you actually know about this. Seriously dude, pay more attention to the sky.

That is you refusing to accept the world as it is, because you *think* they should be rare, so you refuse to accept that they're not. If you rarely, or never, see iridescent clouds, that's because *you're not paying attention*. That's no one's fault but your own. But you don't get to claim they're rare just because you don't notice them.

@cannabisour I'm a physicist, and while atmospheric optics aren't my field, it's an interest of mine, and I've done coursework on it, and most importantly, I notice and pay attention to physical phenomenon. I know where, when, and what to look for when it comes to most atmo. optical effects, and so I see them much more often than people who just have to get lucky and look in the right spot.

What's even more weird is that at the top center of the cloud (at :28 seconds to :38 seconds) you can see the face of a typically bald man (with hair on the side of his head & an ear under the hair) looking up with 2 eyes & eyebrows, a nose, & his mouth turned down a bit & something covering his shoulder & it's as if he's kneeling, looking at whatever it is he's looking at. Pretty cool. Pause it at :34 for the best view of it. The eyes are a bit hidden as they are deep set under the eyebrows.

This is HAARP emitting energy into the ionosphere and bouncing it back off of satellites back to the earth creating plasma from the ionized gasses. It is a cloud that is made up of plasma, or electrified air. That is what chemtrals are: Plasma. They ionize the air, then it sits there and combines with electrons in the air, and it becomes plasma, which is stable, so it hangs around a long time. I'm pretty sure it falls out like nuclear fallout, barium and strontium.

Yep, those are 100% metallic aerosol artificial clouds. Colours produced by the sun shining through and reflecting off the metal nanoparticulate in the aerosol. We always get these same chembow clouds after heavy spray days, which lately, is all the time. :( I wish all the psychopaths running the show would just dematerialize into a different dimension.
