I took that ride , it was very cool.
The city/State has completely ruined that airport for Ultralight airplanes which is the most fun and economical way for a person to get started in aviation. I used to spend many nights there with my friends. Nothing but great memories now. What a shame.

I took a plane ride from the same airport over freeport, it was pretty amazing. I live in Lanark.

Very nice. One of the best aspects about gliders is you feel like a bird, flying through the air without any engine noise or artificial thrust, just you, the glider, and the fresh air.
