Uhhh...did anyone miss the fact that you have to be *WITHIN 60 FEET* of the person you're wanting to "track." Uh...I bet I could *see* a person from more than 60 feet away. It doesn't transmit any personally identifiable information either, so this would be a privacy issue how? Us the photons reflecting off your face give away more information and from a greater distance. What a non-story....
