In AC:WW, you have to keep spending money at Nooks and have a friend come over over wifi or local connection and buy an item, and after some other upgrades, Nook's Cranny becomes Nook N Go which become Nookway which FINALLY becomes Nookingtons. When you go in, there's a door on the first floor. Go in and there's the salon. Hope I helped :-)
