fuckin awesome car can't wait for the nexy lesson :P

  • vtec just kicked in yo

  • shocking ,,,hondas have gone down since the 21st century

  • it says km/h so its not that fast

  • @jmosquito56 it's a freaking family car and the rest of the world uses km/h.

  • how come i dont hear the vtec? I have a 2008 honda civic ex. every time i try to go fast i dont even hear the freaking vtec. HAHA. any idea why?

  • @MRxLAGGER manual shift does not make the car a manual. still auto box. =.="

  • @espionage84 Bro, when you're shifting physically that's called manual shifting. There's no such thing as automatic when you're the one who's shifting the gear. -.-" It's called Semi-Automatic. It means you can shift to automatic or manual whenever you like. Lol, what a ricer.

  • @MRxLAGGER lol using the paddle shifts doesnt not negate the fact that the car uses a torque converter which means its an automatic gearbox. lol get ur facts right.

  • @espionage84 LOL, so that means a ferrari enzo is manual? you're a fuckin dumb ass. I'm not talking about fuel economy crap. LOL, If you're shifting your car gears physically that means it's manual. Have you heard of the dictionary before? Try looking for the word "semi-automatic". my facts are straight. you're just too dumb to know.

  • @MRxLAGGER a ferrari uses a dual clutch gearbox. i would at least expect you to know that. just like all VW cars, the R35, the Evo SST, Porsche PDK. They do not use a torque converter like the Civic FD1. And although those cars can shift automatically, they are classified under DUAL CLUTCH gearboxes. A manual is one with H-pattern shifter and requires a clutch pedal. U sure u got your facts right? having a manual shifting mode on an automatic gearbox does not make it a manual.

  • your civic seems to be faster

how many miles youve done on that car

  • stock standard 1.8 civic? there is no way it can accelerate 0-100 in 9 secs...

  • @espionage84 maybe because he doesn't have a lot of petrol in the tank so the car is a bit lighter or driving conditions were really good when he did this run.

  • @espionage84 actually european version of civic - 5D, same engine, does 0-100 in 8.9s

  • @espionage84 Its kph too. Not mph

  • Also the car is Automatic

    awsome

  • Ya in 2006 when Honda redesigned the Civic they added a 5 speed compact automatic transmission, which shifts a bit faster to help accelerate with it's 1.8 soch vtec. Nothing crazy, but it does the job, very reliable car i've had mine for 3 years.

  • nice cars ain it.... smooth acceleration pretty fast

  • 9 sec...

    not bbad

  • Ya it's a pretty peppy car for just a 1.8 sohc vtec. I have a 2006. Not incredibly fast but it's fun to drive around corners and such.
