  • please watch my makeup video on my foundation routine for bad skin!

  • Your dark circles looked more like smokey eye..You are very pretty..but thanks for the tip xoxo

  • I went to Sephora last time and I purchased Korres, inside the store it seemed fine but as i tried to do it by myself it does not seem to work.

  • Hi there,

Anyone help me? I am 54 this year but still have oily acne prone skin and I never know what to use for skin care, anyone got any suggestions please? The stuff like clearasil etc just makes my skin go red!!

    Thanks for the upload.

  • i envy your skin so much! i am also indian and i have extremely dark circles around my eyes because of genetics it seems that no concealer does a good job covering them. i also have discoloration around my mouth area. any suggestions

    ?

  • That is a good explanation of what colour concealer to use, depending on your skin tone. Oh and I think it's cute how you close one eye as you are applying the concealer hehehe xo

  • my acne scars are a very dark reddish-brown color, my fresh acne are pink-red, and i have a skin tone close to urs... would a yellow concealer work for me? or would it make my blemishes more obvious?

  • you look like penelope cruz O.O

  • you got beautiful lips

  • what face wash do u use? lemme know girlie :)

  • Hi! Let me start off by saying ur gorgeous! but i have a problem with my skin...i don't know if its sun spots but I have light spots on my face and they are extremely difficult to hide or even get rid of all together! pls. help!

  • u look like penalapie the actress wtf you look so like her the oscar winning actress

  • thanx, this tutorial is helpful....

  • I have really pale skin, I don't use mac foundations so don't know my shade there - but I'm somewhere between alabaster and porcelain in Bobbi Brown shades - my problem is that whenever I put yellow/green etc correctors on - I still show up the colour of the corrector against my skin tone and through my foundation! Have you any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?!

  • u r so beautiful..i am not a girl but still love watching u r videos lol ... tried u r facial massage really it works and had a good sleep too thanks.........

  • wy dont you put the proper stuff into your body that makes your skin healthy.

or just eat the bad stuff that makes your skin poor, so you have to buy product to cover up the bad diet.

the truth is so close that people are blind to it.

could you imagine how much silver or gold you would have instead of painted face.

golden drink from silver and you will never get the common cold or any strain of the flue.

wake up please its so simple.

be careful as what you see will be :)

  • you must be a special kind of stupid if you don't realise that even the most ideal diet can't stop you from developing dark circles if your lifestyle is busy and fast paced

not everyone has the time to lounge about getting their beauty sleep for half the day so before you judge people who wear make up, just try and sound like your brain hasn't caved in on itself

  • @eluzr lmao!!!!I cant wait to use that term "special kind of stupid" It made me laugh so hard. Thanks : )

  • Your tutorials are very entertaining and educational! Keep it up! and btw, very good tutorial u have here. :]

  • how dark is medium if fair skinned but not really pale just avrage so what colour?

  • Hi Jasmine, would love you to do a tutorial on what suits different skin colours and looks that work on really pale skin like mine!

  • Hello))I've been thinkin about benefits concealers (bluffing and boiing), but im not they are good for me.

My skin is rather white (north slavic type)((((

How do you think? And what would you advice to me to cover redness on a very pale face?))

    Thanx)

  • Hi Jasmine love your videos could you tell me which translucent powder you used in this video

  • OHH you have eyes like Blair in Gossip Girl : D

    PS: Nice video!

  • what concealer brush are you using? I have boi-ing and I find it quite hard to apply, I need a brush!

  • i have a question hun, do you have any advice on how to conceal facial marks from obsessive skin picking?

  • You have perfect skin!! Can you please do an updated skincare vid? Also what is a natual way to get rid of dark circles? Not cover but get rid of it, cuz mine are pretty bad it really looks bad!! THANKS

  • apparently applyin potato peelings to ur eye is gd i did try it and found it did help but den i jus cudnt b asked lol

  • i envy at your face features they are so perfect ... i dont normally praise a gals beauty ... coz for a gal she isalways the best ..but u r too good ..;)

  • Would you reccommend those same products to someone of very fair skin and of caucasian descent? I find I can never find a perfect concealer... I used to use this pump-bottle of TruBlend that was so perfect, creamy and long lasting, but now I think they discontinued it, because they only sell mineral powder and greasy liquid foundation now.

    :(

I'd just like to know if the yellow would be a bad move for someone who is almost as pale as snow... thank you so much!

  • @dreaminvasion Sounds like we may have the same/similar skin tone because I love Covergirl's TruBlend foundation too bc its a perfect color match for me. The only other product I've found to match as well (but not better) is Make Up Forever HD foundation in color 110.

I havent tried their consealer yet.

  • i use the sleek hide it concealer in shade 01 which is the yellow ..is it comparable or similar to benefits bluffing stick becuase i wanted to buy it but it was quite expensive.

  • thanks for the video its great but does the under eye concealer has to be of an specific shade? like two shades lighter than my foundation or darker maybe?

  • It needs to be the same shade as your skin tone to get the most natural effect.

  • hey my skin is little oily and very sensitive i use Maybelline's Whitestay UV compact... will that serve as a concealer as well

  • hey my skin is little oily and very sensitive i use Maybelline's Whitestay UV compact... will that serve as a concealer as well

  • your soo pretty thanks this video really helped but i cant afford the benefit products are there any other concealers which are affordable and good

  • not gonna watch this whole thing because you're looking lovely @ the start. please share your brand of moisturizer. my dry eye lids never blend concealer or foundation!

  • thanks for posting. it was very helpful esp b/c our skintones are similar.

    you rock. xoxo

  • when i put concealer on after foundation it looks patchy ... how do i solve this ?

  • this is because you haven't blended it out and most probably because your concealer is a shade or two lighter shades than your reagular foundation =] so i would, personally, suggest for you to buy a concealer that is a bit darker, or really blend it out, or use like a tuff kabuki with a shade darker mineral veil.. hope that helps since she probably won't reply since she has a bunch of other comments and videos!

    Hope it helped,

    Kate <3

  • hello Jasmine...when i apply my conceler, fondation and my eyes shadow, i always use my fingers, i saw you use a brush to apply yours...and i wondered if i should start using brushes too, do you know if it is better to do that or it doesn't matter ??<

PS forgive my bad english here Jasmine, I am a french woman...thank you very much in advance,

    ^B^ xoxo

  • you are very beautiful my sister, with or without make up, i just wanted to tell you that

    Peace

    ^B^ xoxo

  • I have the same questsion with isaidthisok ,thank you

  • u have such nice hair. u mentioned ur products b4 can you tell them again

  • you have great skin even if you don't put foundation on.

  • You look like a lovelier "version" of Rani Mukerji :)

And love your accent! Could listen to you for hours!

    Thanks for the tips.

  • you're beautiful.

what kind of foundation do you use?

  • hi there, i have dry skin around my eyes is Booing suitable for dryer skin types? thanks

  • i love ur accent and ur pretty

  • Great Video..Im going back home for summer, and its really hot there. The weather will melt my makeup away, so I was wondering hwats best way to maintain my foundation. My concealer creases underneath my eyes. whats the best primer to purchase (UK).

  • looks natural..im going to have to try that.

  • hey, you know the Urban Decay primer potion you put onto your eyelids? I have creases under my eyes, and concealer goes into the creases, like you said for the eyeshadow. Would this primer help for that aswell?

  • oh my gosh i love this and your accent :]

  • hey you have a great face... u look good without make up too...

  • I have Neutrogena liquid concealer that melts and gets messed up throughout the day. I was wondering if the Boing concealer is noticable. By this mean, can people tell if you're wearing it?

  • I have Boing concealer and it works great! It blends in very well with my skin and isn't noticable :)

  • thanks for the tip about asian skin concealers!

  • what colour would you use to eradicate redness on a pale skin with freckles? x

  • would the boi-ing concealer help the dark areas around the mouth

  • i have a liquid foundation that sucks! its the only thing my mom will let me buy because she likes it :(

  • amazing as always

  • You have a lovley english accent.. and you are very pretty :D

  • what brands do good makeup for yellow toned skin?..cos i cant seem to find any concealer that actually matches my skin!

  • i know, they're al pink or orange and it just edns up looking weird, like i've got pale panda eyes.

  • Hi I have a lot of dark pigmentation around my mouth too and I currently use MAC NW25 which makes the area appear grey as you described..lol, Which concealer would you recommend for this area? Thanx

  • i know what you are talking about. i have dark circles around my eyes which appear a bit on the black side and when i apply any concealer they appear grey. i heard using the salmon colored concealer halps cover the dark spots etc.. i have nottried it yet though. soooo if anyone has any suggestions....

  • you are so pretty!

i have alot of dark pigmentation about my mouth, do you think the Boi-ing concealer can cover that?

  • My skin is really white and I have quite a lot of pimple marks (the layer of my skin is really thin so i get acnes very easily and whenever pimple emerges, they ALWAYS leave red/brown marks)

I use pencil type concealer and...they don't cover up so well. sometimes they do but they don't stay long enough. what should i do?

  • I had the same problem as you. check out MAC studio finish concealer in either the NC15 or NW15 shades. It's really opaque and I find it completely covers my pimples.

  • a spot or hollistic lightener like the one from DDF or shiseido will help lighten scars.

if you live near a sephora try them first:)

  • I think you are my identical twin. You just exactly described my skin. It's so thin and white you can trace veins all over my legs.

  • I love benefit products. I like their packaging as well because its fun. :)

  • That concealer works so well with your skin!

  • You're so pretty...and your face is glowing! How did you get such great skin?

  • very helpful and cute too!

  • You're super pretty! =] Great video

  • Jasmine, I get really awful flaking on my face sometimes and foundation and concealers usually make it more noticeable or alot worse. Sometimes the foundation causes the flaking. This happens after I wash my face and after scrubbing. What can you recommend that will help?

  • Hiya, the cause of your dry skin is that your moisturiser is not rich enough to protect you from drying effects of sun/wind/cold and you need to drink more water.

Secondly use a less harsh cleanser and no need to scrub! Use a cream one that you take off with damp cotton wool.

Use an exfoliator once a week to remove any dead skin.

  • wow you're truly gorgeous with and without makeup. and you have uber makeup skills. You're adorable and have an awesome accent. rock on girl! love the vids!

  • hi oxfordjasmine, happy new year to you and the pus cats. imho i think that's a foundation brush you're using btw not a concealer brush ;-)

  • It does look like a foundation brush, I have that one too, it's bigger tho!

  • I have to buy a concealer brush...

Why are good brushes so expensive???

Apart from that: Your videos are just great!!

  • I see you promote ethical products which is good. I always thought bunnies look cute enough without mascara! And I prefer my chimpanzees without lipstick thanks! Legalised animal torture (hmm).

But seriously your videos are really entertaining and very charming which is no easy task as this unforgiving world is always trying to kick the humanity and spirit out of us.

  • Well you kind of motivated me to dust off the WACOM drawing tablet I got a while back and maybe renew/ transfer my skills to digital art. In magazine shots models usually have a second makeup session digitally though I create my pieces from scratch. Its quite complicated but I may give it a trial run and post results if it turns out decently we will see

    Signing off.

  • jasmine what colour do you use in bo-ing?

  • No 2

  • I love the fact that you explain everything in details. I haven't seen much videos like this one. But I would love to know more in detail about the tools you used and items you used.

    xoxo

    Cammy

  • hi ! what brush is that ? like what brand ?

  • you have beautiful skin:)

and you're tutorials are so helpful, thank you so much<3

    love,ana karolina:)

  • A very informative video Jasmine. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get rid of under eyes bags (suitcases in my case!) I sleep 9+ hours and they are still there!! I find when i put blusher on it looks as if they are even more obvious!

  • Happy New Year. Thanx for this, its really helpfulx

  • hi jasmine fab video as per usual :) what type of concealer brush are you using here as it looks slightly larger than any ive come across but the effect is lovely and even. Happy new year x

  • Hi i have an nc30 skin tone, and i find that the MAC nc20 concealer looks ashy on my undereye area, would the benefit concealers blend in with my asian skintone?

    thanks

    [great vid btw]

  • NC20 is a little light, not enough orange in the tone to match your skintone. I think you should go to the benefit counter if you can and try it and wear it for the day to see if it works for you. Make sure you look at it in daylight! It comes in three colours 1,2, and 3 - 3 is the darkest.

  • thank you very much for the reply! :)

will head down to Benefit ASAP :)! cheers xx

  • Thanks so much. I really like the sounds of the bluffing cream. I am quite light but I could do with some yellow to cover some redness.

  • thank you for breaking it down, it looks great and can't wait to try it.

  • thanks so much for this video, it's very difficult to find videos on youtube targetting brown skin tones, I really needed help with covering up dark circles, etc. Thanks so much for this tutorial! Happy New Year!

  • OMG. Thank you so much :) Very helpful.

  • I have very fair/light skin, what color foundation should i use to cover redness?

  • If you can get to a Benefit counter then try the bluffing cream, but if that doesn't work for you being lighter skinned then a good concealer should work on it's own, you might just need a slightly thicker consistency - a solid cream rather than a touche eclat style pen.

  • Thanx for the great tips, will find boing for sure, coz I suffer from dark circles and they make u look old and tired,I enjoy all your vids thanx happy new year

  • what brand is the concealer brush you use

  • Hey I notice you do foundation first, do you put foundation under your eyes?

  • yes I do, just a light layer.

  • thanks this tutorial helps a lot!

  • Awesome tips jasmine - i'm going to hunt down that boing concealer..lol Thank you=) Happy New Year

  • Thanks for that tutorial it was REALLY helpful! <3

  • Your skin looks great! I certainly want to try that boing concealer!

  • i 2nd dat!

  • ooooh I might have to try that boing :)

  • Sometimes the guys on make up counters can be really nice and one lovely lady in the Benefit counter at Boots did my base and blush, I wasn't even standing near the counter, actually I was looking at BarryM! I then wore it all day and by the end of the day it still looked good, that's the test. If it doesn't last then keep looking for your perfect concealer.

  • You are right about the test - Not staying on. Since I have had kids my skin is really strange :(. I can vary from really dry skin which means my concealer needs to be moist. But then when the time of the month comes it changes AGAIN and I get really really oily cheeks - Normally it is only Tzones which get effected... Sooo Frustrating. I am dropping of kid on school run so think I am going to pop to Boots. :)) P.s If DH asks nobody knows - I have gone make up CRAZY... With all the insperation.x

  • Thanks for this Jasmine, really helpful. :o)

  • very helpful cool video!:)

  • Wow your skin looks amazing!!!

  • thanks for posting!!! :D

  • the tricks are brilliant! thanks :D

  • great tips, i use the boing too.
