Caffine makes my head hurt and feel dizzy and I suffer from it every time I drink coffee. I wish I could drink coffee and had the energy you do, but I think I have sugar problems.
@redneon06 Awww, you can get energy other ways, such as eating a good breakfast with protein, having snacks and avoiding fatty foods. Ive noticed eating gives me a whole lot of energy, you know when Im hungry.
@Russzart I eat Mini Wheats in the morning, and I avoid coffee. One thing is for sure, dont stop excercising if you are now. Because I moved to the north its been cold and I been stuck inside, and working inside, and kinda gained 30 pounds I wish I hadnt. I craft, by painting little things at work all day then come home to sit o9n butt playing ps3. I work but when ur metabolism gets this low, like mine, its even hard for coffee or good food to give effective enegery.

Caffeine can cause death, not sure about it directly but I know it can by exhaustion. I only take caffeine in the form of tea. But I have mine really strong. Once I had assam tea but I accidentally put double the amount of leaves in and I was buzzing for like.. 6 hours after. Tea is definitely my drug of choice. Even MORE energy I didn't think people could talk this fast in vids and not trip over their words or lose the ability to make sense. Well done!
omg my mom drinks a pot of coffee a day...so I just told her "you better drink another pot of coffee cause josh said to or you're gonna get alzheimer's and die" soo she looked at me and she said "what are you talking about?" and I said "you heard me woman" and she said "get lost" and I was like "okay" soo I think I got through to her...thanks alot for the info josh, you saved my mothers life...
