I play viper and got friends who play viper and we all hit it with over 80% consistency if not more.
It aint really hard once you practice her enough. And lol @ noobs who gave me thumbs down for saying he needs more practice, I love this Uryo guy. Appearntly some rednecks with no sense of humor whatsoever.
Yeah, basically messing up FFF against someone who knows what their doing will get you punished hard. The risk is very high compared to the reward of a little extra damage/stun.

i gotta say , viper is hard to use and uryos game is awesome, probably one of the best sf4 players ive seen (and my personal favorite besides saqs)

Yes, but he hits it against the Japanese competition, and frankly it is at a much higher level than America currently.
