Want some real criticism? Get a new drummer. Probably the most uninteresting and bland drumming I've seen in a long while. Get a new sound. You aren't going to go anywhere sounding like the most generic band ever.

@seabm4 I really don't see the problem. Flashy drummers don't make or break the music. Take The White Stripes drummer, Meg White, for instance. She is often criticized for being a basic drummer, yet they are extremely popular and have had several hits. I wouldn't drop your drummer, Tom.
