  • thanks for the video! im a picky eater so i just wanted to know if i didn't eat or have any of this would i be b12 deficiency in the long run

  • @1karenjones9 Check the link in the info section of the video for more foods naturally high in vitamin B12. There are also vegetarian foods high in B12 and many fortified foods for vegans like tofu, soy milk, and ready to eat cereals.

  • Are we supposed to be eating organs? That just does not seem right. My dad eats liver. Stinks up the whole house with it. OMG. Unless someone is starving to death and has no other choice for survival, it just doesn't seem right. Not to mention EEEEECH!!!!!

  • @Rosalila < Also has mercury and pesticides, thanks to big chemco-mofos, so moderation is good. I wonder BP's oil spill in Gulf and Fuku tsunami nuclear plant melt down must have caused major effect on the fish as well.

    Now with 7 billions people on this planet fish is on short supply, may become non-renewable resource. We need critical management on a global scale. Would killing all the bears and seals that compete for the fish help ?

  • @Zeno1999 most of the fish I eat here in the Netherlands come from breeders and are also UTC certified :) and yes it's expensive, I can't always afford it

  • @Rosalila < Hope UTC inspectors are honest as lawn pesticides and fertilizers do get washed into these ponds :)

    Japan has over fished blue tuna for their next few decades' needs without getting slap on the wrist. I hope when China takes over Japan, they pack this Tuna for us and we find it in local "Dollar store" shelf. Astrophysicists think Jupiter's moon Europa may have oceans and that means very clean fish; I am buying a long fishing line to catch these, just don't tell anyone.

  • @Zeno1999 haha, you think jupiters moon has enough of an atmophere to sustain fish x).. Yeah, fishing laws has been kept pretty fair here in europe, but many parts in Asia still need to learn. Salmon prices went up through the roof though.

  • B12 is easy, harder to get is Vitamin E, B1, and D. From minerals Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese. (btw. beautiful stake on the pic ).

    Another cool fact - compare beef liver nutrition table with some fruits.

    In fruits there 20 times less minerals and vitamins than in simmered beef liver.

    Which means that 100grams of liver will supply you thesame as 2Kilos of fruits.

  • @ShapeShiftNibiruX In fact, contrary to meat and dairy industry propaganda, meat-eaters are known to be more likely to have a vitamin B12 deficiency - this has been known since 1959!!('Fit for Life', Diamond, H. and M., 1987)

    It is widely believed that absorption of the B12 in the intestines is more important than dietary intake and that antibiotics in milk and meat can inhibit that absorption. B12 is a bacteria produced by microorganisms in humans and animals so dietary intake is moot
