  • wat a fucking killer hook, eh????

  • This may be going down soon folks...enjoy while ya can !

  • 1 pagodeiro passou por aqui

  • @MegamanXXXManiac concordo. kkk

  • @MegamanXXXManiac ou um funkeiro né

  • I really love this Album I had the original release on tape and listened to it every day for months it got to the stage where I was convinced it was a concept album lol! Sex,drugs, voodoo, devil worship, assassinations and rock'n'roll. A dark tale of southern gothic horror and intrigue. When I got the 1990 re-release with the tracks in a different order it ruined my theory so I just listen to the original lol!

  • like muchly, to think i bought this album on the strength of the cover (fantastic artwork), and it became my favourite album of all time

  • Band that's closest to the The Doors without trying to sound like them.

That's my opinion and I stick to it.

  • You sir, are a prince among men. =)

  • Do us a solid and upload the studio for "John Brown"? I'd write a folk song about you if ya did.

  • @beelzebubba669 Done.... no folk song required. Haha !

  • @edslides: that is almost exactly the same way i found out about MOR -- a cut out bin cassette in a used record store in a dreary college town in the early 90's. these guys were one of about 5 bands that literally kept me from smoking myself in that decade.

  • Scored this tape (!) in Tulsa, OK at Starship Record's and Tape's at 11th and Deleware!

  • collosal sound, awesome riff, huge noise, epic song :)

this record should be listened loud.

  • does anyone have the original album with the "bonus track"

i have heard it called "the anchor", but it is just tim and chris on gitar and banjo playing when the saints go marching in.

    killer stuff

please post if you have it

  • Listening since '90...This album realigned my mind. Keep the wind at your back!

  • yeah, these guys are great...I grabbed the "Blue Garden" disc right when it came out - thought for sure that MoR would be the next big thing...What is that riff at :58? Have to figure that one out - guitar 1, the bass, drums and guitar 2 - just killing it...

  • it's a damn shame that not many people know who this band is and their music!!!

  • @maddyrocks12345 the right folks do!

  • Rick Rubin really screwed these guys.

He should have kept them on the label.

Like black crows and slayer. Masters have real great tunes.

  • One of the best rock albums of all time. I rank this with Danzig I, Trouble's Self-titled, Appetite, Fair Warning-1984, etc. Nobody knows about this recrod though, which seperates the men from the boys. THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS, MY TAPE IS WARPED.

  • @deadsinktohell My tape is enclosed in Air Tight Glass Box!! Thank you digital media!!!

  • @deadsinktohell Tape What's that????(kidding!)

  • I totally agree! "The Desert Song" is my numero uno song from these guys. Loved 'em since '90.

  • There's not been ONE SINGLE song done by these Masters that is not an awesome one!!!!!! Thanks for posting!!!!! Yayyyyy for Chris Goss being born!!!!!! :D

  • Winners don't take drugs! True, but musicians do and that's why music is food for the soul.

  • heres my intro to the masters. found a tape in a goodwill store for $.99. thought it was sabbath.......heard the first track and my heart stopped for just a beat or two. i had just stumbled onto the PERFECT rock and roll record. it blows my mind that 1 band could put 13 songs on a single ALBUM and not one track could be called filler. then i found "sunrise...."

i have yet to be disappointed.

  • @edslides Thank You....The Perfect Rock 'N Roll Record. Through weed and beer and trouble from 1991 to 2010, still a rock solid record, start to finish.

  • @edslides I found this album at the Edmonton fucking library..1992..Liked the cover art....mind blown...etc.etc.....

  • Wierd. The blues rock does not fit with the intro.

  • ONE OF ROCKS TRULY GREAT RIFFS

    this weakling roams.....

  • such an epic song, thanks for uploading it :)

  • I totally agree, and you're very welcome.

  • I remember the nite I bought this disc. I was in one of the mall megastores buying the new Faith No More disc. I saw the MOR disc, and bought it as an afterthought cuz I had heard something from them and liked it. I eventually couldn't get this out of my player, and the FNM disc was collecting dust on the shelf. This disc is in my top 40 list of desert island hard rock albums. Incredible stuff.

  • I have ALL of MOR's cd's......THEY are THE BEST!!! I NEVER tire of any of their songs!!! Listen to them all the time! NONE like them!!

ROCK ON MOR....(and PLEASE won't SOMEBODY make a DECENT cup of tea for Ginger Baker)! LUV U GINGER!!!!!! =O) U2 CHRIS!! Joyce of Syracuse!

  • fuck, such an awesome main riff!

  • Aww yeah, I remember this song. Pretty dang good.

  • "And in many degrees of heat

The fire looked at the meat

And said 'if I cook you

    The least you can do

Is lay there and be sweet' "

  • Im smiling caus i know for me no bell can ever toll

  • love it!!! thanks for posting this reminds me of my youth and my best mate who sadly died very young. RIP Claire x

  • My pleasure. : ) The full credit goes to MoR of course but, I am glad that you like this song as well. Keep those memories alive !
