It isn't hard to do it. Just takes alot of practice. Me and my friends do Parkour all the time and this is one of the easier tricks to do, but this guy gets a little fancy after the flip haha

The reason why he rolled into the handstand is number one, if he didn't roll, he'd shatter every bone in both his legs into several tiny fragments, and number two is flow. Can't expect him to land it and have it be over, flow goes with it too. Look up some Parkour vids to get the point.
