  • @starrface77 it doesn't really burn fat, but during digestion calcium from the dairy binds to fat to keep the body from absorbing it, so you excrete it instead. Maybe they take calcium supplements

    You should know that a great way to diet is to cut off cholestrols, fats, and junk food. Also, exercise on a high-energy sport at least 30 min a day. If longer, then good for you. lol'd when the girl couldn't put her jeans on. She's like, "Darn, I'm too fat."

  • Actually, more people skip breakfast in the morning than you'd think. People are often in a rush or feel that they aren't hungry at that time of day. Personally, I never understood the connection between eating breakfast and not overeating. Breakfast doesn't affect the food I eat the rest of the day.

  • The reason why I mentioned that question is because of the moronity of putting breakfast in the 'You will need' list, not about people skipping breakfast. You should always know that eating breakfast in the morning helps you burn calories faster than fasting.

    ....No, no, and NO. Your weight can be affected by simply going to the restroom. That could take a pound off right there. Likewise, if you just ate, you may weigh one or two lbs moren than when you're on an empty stomach.

    This is a terrible, unaccurate tip.

  • They claim that their recommendations are habitual among "successful dieters". But has anyone ever met a successful dieter? I surely have not. But then I probably also haven't met anyone who followed this particular set of recommendations. ^^
