This is true ! There are so many people suffering !

But we should not forget that there are many BLACK PEOPLE in BOLIVIA ! YES THERE ARE BLACK PEOPLE THERE !

AND it is AFRO BOLIVIANOS who are being negatively being effected by this as they are already discriminated against by their Bolivian counterparts !
