The chief needs to put his coat and helmet on. And it looks like they used a couple of short 2 1/2's to feed the 5" hose, you can just use a 2 1/2 to 5" adapter right on the hydrant. That small restriction won't make much difference and saves some time. Looks like they had a lot of fire and not much crew. Where is this?

@UJustR4pedMe That is an evacuation signal for the interior crew to exit immediately. It acts as a back up in case the radio call isn't heard.
