if u have windows 7 - directx 11 is integrated on this system

if u have windows vista - u can upgrade from directx 10 to 11 by automatic updates

if u have windows xp - u can only have directx 9

@yamin397 Is this integrated graphic card? I think you should change it, and thats a reason why bt3 could be laggy. Of course, I'm not kind of IT but It's only my opinion

@themesonic2 @themesonic2 With emulators recorder. When you start PCSX2, press F12 and set your settings for recording. I used MJPEG compressor.
