To those who are stuck on this mission, here's a trick, at the beginning, after that cutscene where the Psycho tells them about the bomb, when they start talking, immediately turn around (For some reason, the Detonation Bar won't go up for some reason), and take a right, then follow as many straight and long roads as you can, eventually, you'll make it to the otherside of the city, quickly turn around, then take the exact same route back, hope it worked, did for me.

$120,000.Then you have buy the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory,Sunshine Autos car showroom and the Print Works.To get the missions,"Cap the Collector" and "Keep Your Friends Close..." you should probably get calls from Ken Rosenburg and Lance after completing those assets to get those two missions.The other properties are optional.

that turn U turn is hard to make even with the handbrake i usually across to starfish island its easier....oh also you dont have to gas it all the way...you can just feather the gas pressing it a little and realeasing to keep the speed lower and giving you mroe time on the straight highway part...good job though
