Also, if you take a look at the site Politifact, a non-partisan fact checking site which last year won the Pulizer Prize, you will find list of 16 statements made by Glenn Beck, rated on a scale ranging from true, to mostly true, to barely true, to false, to "pants on fire", Beck had only one statement that rated "true", and one that rated "mostly true." He had 3 "half true", four "barely true", 5 "false", and 2 "pants on fire."

He, along with the rest of FOX, ran with the James O'Keefe edited video story about ACORN's alleged attempt to help illegal underage prostitutes enter the country. As far as I can tell, neither Beck nor FOX have run a correction on this. It's hard to prove him wrong on his statement about the 9/11 victims families or the Katrina victims, because he is just giving an opinion. It just happens to be a cruel, heartless, opinion.

@krabadie; here's what I know from Katrina. The city/parrish and state sent transportation to get people out and they refused the assitance. Granted this was what I could find on the story over a couple of days. They may not have had the money, but were provided the means.

I do have a hard time understanding why you would actually hope Beck (or any human) would get into a situation that no one would help them.
