What ever it is these woman have done to their diets, I never will. I noticed Madonna's arms sometime ago and it is not a typical change most women show with upper body workouts and healthy dieting. She and most Hollywood women end up altering their outer shell to the point of no return. I wonder if they are able to remain true and content on the inside after those significant unearthly looking changes.This behavior must have an effect on the spouse too.

It's totally normal. As we age, our skin gets a little thinner, and if you're active (and healthy) you're still building muscle - and the veins enlarge to bring more nutrients to the muscle. It's more noticable in the summer - the veins move outward toward the surface of the skin to help cool the blood and bring down the core temperature. There is actually more of a problem with estrogen in our food supply - this is why an increasing number of men devolop 'breasts'...
