Buy a capture card and install some capture software on your computer, then plug in the USB end to your computer and plug in the console's output cables (red, yellow, white) into the capture card.
You have to download this program called fraps and put it onto your usb drive. Then start the program and put it into your wii. Then it records whatever is on the wii.

No, I didn't. There is nothing hooked up to my Wii other than the normal cables that come with it.

Pretty much. You have to time the jump so you jump right before you catch the fish. What colors?

that sucks. i spent one whole day trying to do this glitch on the wii. no success. it crashes EVERY TIME!!
i dont think its possible, but it doesnt hurt to try.

I'm pretty sure that's just because I landed in the water and Link put away the rod.
Something like that anyway. Could be wrong. But this is possible to do without the crash.
