i have an HD 4870 ATI GPU, turning down the refresh rate from 60Hz to 50Hz completely solved this problem. It was only a problem with the 60 Hz. Don't know why, because a friend of mine has the same tv with refreshrate 60Hz via PC, but he has a GeForce GTX 275. so it's maybe a problem with ATI cards @ Hz!
UPDATE: Get a Samsung engineer to repair it. He will need to replace the hardboard and it will be alright. This is something that happens with 1 out of 10.000 products, I guess it's just a production error on their part. The engineer replaced a component and the problem didn't occur afterwards.
i have exactly the same problem. Do you by any chance have a ATI 48XX GPU ? I connected the GPU with the HDMI2-port of the LCD. when i turn off the tv or change the source till i reach HDMI2 again, the problem disappears for about 5 - 10 min and then the shit starts again...
I found that "if you have the same stup as me" you can chang the refresh rate to 50Hz insted of the defalt 60Hz, this might make the screen go into a letterbox.
To change open the Catalyst Control Crnter - DTV (HDMI) - Scaling Options.
I had the same flicker problem as seen in the vid, but i returned it and got a new one without flickering! Good luck

I have the same problem. I'm working out a solution with the shop as we speak. Hopefully I can get a new one since I bought this TV only a week ago.

Late reply; but found out on the PC you can change the screen refresh rate for the TV.
I changed it from 60hz to 50hz and this has solved the problem.
Hope this helps anyone who has this issue.
