Its nice to see a fan film that isn't riddled with over-acting that's so bad that it makes it hard to watch. My only complaint was that the blue screen usage made the actors a little blurry, but I guess that's the problem when you don't have a huge budget to do blue screen. At least the acting made up for it. Other series I enjoy like Sanctuary on SyFy had that same problem, especially in the early episodes.

It's becoming very clear that all humans in the star wars universe are dirty, filthy colonists that always wear dirty rags for clothing.

Some scenes could have benefited from a bit more atmos or some light music, maybe. But other than that it was pretty good. I will say that, at least so far, I'm glad that the main character isn't a Jedi or a Dark Jedi or Sith and that we're looking into areas we don't see in the films. This could easily happen in the background of A New Hope, for example.
