Yeah that Dodge in the first ad looked a lot like Christine, she was a '58 Plymouth Fury, I think. Chrysler made some damn scary cars back then! :)
I don't think the Edsel was any more dangerous than any other car of the day, they were just TOO different, and double butt ugly!
