@bghaigh I hate to do this, but I will always have a hotel stay at over 4000 places which cost up to $2k a week for hotel stay. This is mine for the rest of my life and even though the cost of hotels goes up I am always guaranteed a week. I write it off as a business expense and I also get to write off the interest. I also can will it to my kids. I can also add another week and it's still $720 a year. I could go on, but you get the drift.

@stinkyslinky432 a time share is literally a bunch of people buy in to a chain of properties and the get one week out of the whole year to stay at any location. Let's say you bought in at Wyndam resorts. You would pay $20k to get to stay at any of their 400 properties around the world. You get one full week a year and you never lose it. It's also willable to your kids. So if you die, your kids get the time share. Once you pay the $20k your done. monthly maintenance fee of $60 a month for upkeep
