This has more than a VSTi but it does ound very much like the Vanguard softsynth. At least with this you get a sequencer and other cool effects for writing ideas. Nice demo.
@Hanni13579 depending on the sound you are trying to create using a synth, those "artifacts" may be just what you are looking for. these are great little synths. I have two of them. I have owned a great many hardware synths, and these are one of the few i still own, because of their phat fucken leads, and awesome bass potential. Its a synth that was made in 1998 for gods sake!
I just got one of these ordered today (used of course) and hope your soundbank downloads work, how about a part III ? I like U53 vengeanz and U76 U89 those 2 have got a usa trance edge to it, so what about a part 3?
I was wondering if you had ever had any problems with your Sirius? Sometimes mine will behave strange - many of the parameters change on their own and jump around, even if you havent touched them. A hard reset sometimes helps. thanks,
Sounds like your knobs are broken. One should be able to exchange them, they aren't too exotic if I remember right. However, mine never showed such reactions. :)
Nice Patches... natty little synth this.. can sound awesome.. external PSU is a pain though, modded mine. Sadly can't afford to keep it now though.. anyone interested?.. (cheeky plug, I know ;)
The Roland jx305 is the keyboard version of the MC-505 groovebox. It's a bit aged and I wouldn't recommend it anymore. As a fun machine it's not that bad though.
They are part of an 11 synth setup including Korg M3+Radius..2x Moog Voyager red..Access polar..Dave Smith poly .Novation X Station.....Set up to be broadcast on Blogtv.....around End of March 2009...Rhodochrosite.
I had one of these. Some brill blippy noises and pads. I found leads lacking punch a little. You could the each part of the drums throught the vocoder if you wanted a low fi sound...
great video any chance of getting a copy of theses patches? i used to think that quasimidis stuff was a bit crap(i had a raven and a technox) but you have convinced me otherwise . i am now looking for a sirius!
ah yes the S80 and CS6x, Listened to the sounds on the site!!! BELTA's! I want a CS6x (or s80) now but i got nuttin in me pocket =[ anyways well done mate!!! There friggin amazing (btw lovin the cascada lead ;) )
Nice mate ;) An1x's are hard to get ahold of now =( well they are in the UK, The good condition one's =( Anywayz keep up the great work mate =) Get a Sandstorm Lead and you'll be flying =)
Awseome playing again. What is a pike? And I would like to know what skill in the piano improves playing the left hand faster than the right as shown in the the vengeancez sound. When I try to do that, both hand are in sync. How is that stopped?
The only the I can advice is practice and even more practice. And a lot of insanity. ;) I just shake my forearm here. Can't do this for too long because it hurts in the upper arm... I often play drums on keyboard. When doing doublekick stuff this is quite important.
Well, actually differnt styles. I prefer real drums, like Funk or Rock, or Metal or whatever. I thought about recording a video with that. ;) Let's see if I find time.
I don't care what anybody says I'm a trance producer and I want this damn synth now!

It's the most bizarre synth I've ever had or played, it can sound really nice, or very crappy. How weird.

Risky comparision. ;)
Well, i rather compare the Sirius with a JP-8000, mainly because of the SuperSaw and the rather spongy filter curves.
