play with just the air in your cheeks whilst you breath in through your nose. it's really easy when you can do it once.

Yes.!

What you have to do is, breathe in through your nose while also blowing air out your mouth, it can be done for instance as I do, by blowing air into my cheeks (dizze style) and then closing of to my throat with my tungue and then pushing my cheeks in and pushing my tungue out towards my lips while also breathing in my nose.! It's tough to learn, but when you've got it you really have it, then it's just a matter of perfecting it.!! Hope it was to some kind of help.!! :)

That was excellent sound and tone. Great musicianship, having played this on trumpet myself I was waiting for the scale run just to see how you would attack it and you did just what I expected any good musician to do, push through the lower notes all the way to the top.

I've been playing trumpet for 12 years, and I've gotta give credit where credit is due. This is NOT an easy solo, and to maintain that gorgeous dark tone, especially up high, is pretty impressive.

On a side note, that solo isn't even the hardest part of the song... It's those damn descants that'll get ya!
