She has a great voice, but I really wish she hadn't dragged it out so much. It would be perfect at a funeral this way though. It was my grandfather's favorite, he always was singing it. I wish I'd had this rendition for his funeral. Is there another version where she speeds it up? It would sound so much better.
She has a DVD called Wynonna: Live in Venice, from a tv series called Music in High Places. She is singing it in a Cathedral......it just gives you goosbumps up and down your whole body....its just amazing!
WOW. one of my favorite things about going to her concerts is that she always sings this song (except for the Christmas tour, oddly). So powerful--her voice is truly a gift from above!
