  • ur almost asleep on ur feet :D

  • you can easily get addicted to melatonin just like other sleep aids...i dont understand why u consider that as not a drug, cuz its artificial.

  • @holunhoyeah its not artificial, you brain makes it.

  • @guitardude1230 I bought some recently but i don't really know if its working? The one that i bought was a Homeopathic Melatonin but we all know that Homeopathy is absolute bullshit so is there a version that is pure true Melatonin without the 0.000001% dose associated with Homeopathy?

  • @blade004

Hmm i dont know. Here in California we have "Naturalist" brand which is just naturally extracted melatonin from a plant source. Im not exactly sure how natural it actually is but it does the trick for me. It is the "cleanest" feeling brand I have found. Others can make me feel muddy but not Naturalist. I hope that helps.

I agree with you 100%, but 1 question. Can your body become dependent on it and stop producing it? I have hypothyroidism and I have to take synthroid for my thyroid to keep working properly. I am sure my body has completely stopped producing it now. So seeing how Melatonin is a hormone, I was wondering if my pineal gland would stop producing it. Also, can you take only a small amount of melatonin for meditation and not enough to make you fall asleep?

  • @dgk990

That is a good question. I still use melatonin but had a period when I went off of it with no problems at all. Sleep was just like it was before I started it. And I go days without it like nothing. No insomnia or sleep dependency on the hormone. And yes, melatonin is great for meditation. It opens you up into much deeper thought patterns. I suggest 1-2 mg for meditation, 3 for sleep, and 5-8 for dreamland adventures.

  • @guitardude1230 Just because it occurs in the brain doesn't mean it can't harm you. I know this is not the case with Melatonin, but DMT for example, occurs naturally in the brain. Try smoking that and see what happens.

  • yeah your right, Serrapeptase. Melatonin does not kill brain cells.

Real intelligent stuff. Maybe you should try an overdose of the stuff. The world may be a better place.

Go back to school kid. And stop hiding behind false aliases on youtube. Have a nice day now!!!

  • This is illegal is most countries. Reason? It kills brain sells, makes you paranoid and will eventually makes you look like the person above. To be avoided at all costs. Check web for more info.

  • Yeah, sure. You cannot even properly spell, so perhaps you don't even need melatonin to kill your little brain cells.

  • And, obvious troll is obvious.

  • u are right, I dont take ativan anymore at night time, just melatonin, and it works properly
